If your WiseLED flashlight is out of its 12 month warranty don't forget that WiseLED offer an upgrade / trade-in facility whereby you can get the latest and brightest at a reduced rate.
WiseLED warranty
WiseLED flashlights are backed with a two year trade-in guarantee.
Guarantee conditions: WiseLED flashlights are covered by a two year guarantee (limited guarantee on batteries). If any problems arise with your WiseLED product then return it to our address. We will correct the problem as soon as possible or if not possible send you a new replacement. The guarantee becomes null and void if the product has been misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart.
Battery care
It is vital that the Li-ion batteries in your WiseLED flashlight be treated correctly.
With correct treatment the Li-ion battery pack will do a minimum of 300 full charge/discharge cycles. Li-ion battery chemistry does not survive being left discharged 'flat' for long periods of time. If you are storing your WiseLED flashlight then remember to fully charge the battery first. The warranty does not cover batteries that have been left discharged 'flat' for extended periods; an extended period is defined as a period of over three weeks where the battery is subjected to this more than three times.
